Responsibility

Even though it is a tough responsibility to be the manager of a company, accepting it is the best way to prove to others that you have just been improve from your skills. And also, that opportunity can prove that you can handle an institution to in proper way. But ofcourse, it is not that easy since the future depends on your hand. If the company will get banckrupt, most of the time, the managers got the blame since he is responsible for the budget that they have.

That is the main reason why it tooks a couple of days before I accept the offer to become the next manager. Others say to ignore the offer because the company is experiencing financial crisis and it is really impossible for me to solve those issues. But I didn’t loose hope, I accept the offer and immediately made Business Loans or even Payday Loans and Small Personal Loans just to survive with the crisis. As the days passed by, more complicated things happened but with the unity through the company, at last we survived with the crisis and the transaction came back to normal. Though we didn’t have a enough sleep thinking for the company, it is all worth it.
